Easy to use, well thought out layout, lots of features for multiple uses - from simple screen sharing, through full-on video collaboration with audio mixing and editing available as needed. The interface can be difficult at first but it gets easier each time you use it. I have been using this product since early 2018 when we started working remotely in our office across state lines. It has made day-to-day communication much more efficient and effective.
