I just reviewed boys Revain basic jeans. I bought both brands at the same time in a size 10 and washed them together before trying them on my grandson. Both were good, he's too big for an 8 but 10's are too big now. It will grow in them however, but Revain Essentials is 2 full inches longer in the inseam (leg) than this and every other brand I have purchased.
