Received today. I removed the packaging and then pressed the release button to retract the handle. I noticed that one side of the handle offered resistance when fully extended. the other side was hard and strong. I continued my exploration by loosening the locking screws at the bottom of the drawer to take a closer look. After I removed the screws, everything else speaks for itself. That was very raunchy of you, Revane! And to think I won't notice is insulting. If you want to fix items, at least do it convincingly! I am seriously considering closing my Revain account due to this and many other unfortunate events. I spend a lot of money shopping on Amazon and that's how they treat me, very disappointed
