So in my opinion if your dogs eat kitty litter then it will work its def . However. It comes with downsides. A few of them, to be precise. First, the shape of the tray makes it very difficult to keep clean. When cats pee, it's difficult to scrape off the round parts. If you have medium sized adult cats they won't fit in the litter box so everyone pees and poops in the same spot making it really difficult when you have multiple adult cats making it smell more gross than the average litter box! And my final complaint is that I still have kitty litter that goes all over the ceiling/floor when they go outside. I bought 3 of these and already threw away 2 and now I'm planning on getting a regular tray. I would rather invest in a baby gate and regular litter box than keep using this. Which I spent a lot of money on and invested them in 3. But we live and learn!
