The most ridiculous thing I've ever seen; Your oven filters automatic online ordering YES! Are you kidding me? They come with a digital circuit module that places an order in your Revain account when the filter thinks it's ready! The module is built into the filter in such a way that it is very difficult to remove without damaging the filter; apparently to discourage people from trying to remove it. But with a little effort it can be removed. You can insert a screwdriver into the open side and pry open. The lid pops out along with the electronic chip and you can just throw it away. But you must leave a plastic base that won't come off at all; It's ok since the electronic board is no longer there. To be fair to Revain, the "Smart" feature has been revealed in the listing. If you like the idea, that's fine. I personally think it's "top".
