Review on AMN Healthcare Staffing by Chad Judex

The ability for our organization (a large hospital)to have access from home, or wherever we are without having to be physically at work was great! We did not like that you could only sign up so many people per month. It took us months of trying to get this figured out before it actually worked well enough for what we needed. If you need more than 100 employees/month then I would say skip them because they do not offer anything else besides scheduling staff remotely which can easily be done elsewhere if necessary. Having better control over where my team members were working gave me peace-of mind knowing someone had their back when i wasn't there myself. My manager also loved being able to communicate with her teams through email rather than phone calls as she felt safer about doing business via emails vs calling everyone personally. Scheduling all day long during non peak hours became much easier too.
