The ability of this program for recruiting, scheduling/hiring staff members as well ass being able t o create schedules with ease! I love how easy it was when creating my schedule that all hours were automatically calculated from previous weeks so there wasn't any guesswork or time spent calculating paychecks etc.. I like that they have so many choices for different types of positions, from entry level staff up through administrators/managers! They can also do background checks with them as well if needed (which you always want!) It was nice being able to pick an area or industry where my employer wanted additional help instead doing it all themselves but not having enough hands available due to their busy schedule at work. The ability for our organization (a large hospital)to have access from home, or wherever we are without having to be physically at work was great! We did not like that you could only sign up so many people per month. It took us months of trying to get this figured out before it actually worked well enough for what we needed. If you need more than 100 employees/month then I would say skip them because they do not offer anything else besides scheduling staff remotely which can easily be done…
