I like that they have so many choices for different types of positions, from entry level staff up through administrators/managers! They can also do background checks with them as well if needed (which you always want!) It was nice being able to pick an area or industry where my employer wanted additional help instead doing it all themselves but not having enough hands available due to their busy schedule at work. Sometimes there were times when people would call me asking questions about something only to never follow-up after talking over phone - which really bothered me because we had already communicated via email before contacting by telephone.
