There were concerns that this design could turn on the towbar and drop the bike, but it turned out that the towbar is not perfectly spherical, but a little asymmetrical and the mount clearly occupies a vertical position. True, under my hitch, I had to rearrange the spacer bolts a little so that the mount could snap into place. If you are interested, on my car the bike on the mount covers the rear license plate, but we are not far from home to the center and there have not been any incidents on this topic yet.
