The product is average, so the rating is average. Nothing fancy, but it basically lived up to the advertise and was durable enough to use for food or a laptop while I was in bed after a recent surgery. The coaster is less than half an inch deep and only about 3 inches wide so NONE of my mugs fit in it. (Maybe an 8 ounce Styrofoam cup would do, but I don't have one.) I giggled on the box because it said "laptop desk" - love the translation! Your belongings won't slide down the slope when lying on a very soft bed or sofa. See photo. ***UPDATE: This seller contacted me about the issue, got more details on the cup holder size I needed, and considered a few more suggestions for improvement. In a 3 star rating it wasn't too bad. Upgrade to four stars for instant attention to customer satisfaction!
