Works well and the price is great.
I used this to replace the hour meter on an Ingersoll Rand 180 that was towed behind a supercharger. It fit right where the original went and the wires were exactly the same. Replacing a defective hour meter took only 3 minutes. The new counter is only 4.5 hours but it seems to be working fine.
