I love that it's easy enough so all my staff members are able understand what we're doing in our campaigns as well as keeping up day after long weekend without needing me there every second (which takes away time from them).
It also helps keep track of everything very easily too which means less headaches once budgets come around or when looking at where donations have been coming through over different months etc - just makes life super simple!! Some features like getting reports together could be improved but this doesn't really annoy us since you get used quickly anyway :) We use Aristole mainly because if something goes wrong then someone out right knows about their products & services within hours rather than days unlike other software packages / providers i've had experience using previously.- Easy setup process even though some aspects might seem difficult initially,- Very user friendly product meaning everyone involved gets familiarised quicky despite not being tech savvy themselves:- Helpful customer service whenever issues arise.
