Broken after 2 uses! We weren't anywhere near 20 pounds in this cart when the outside handle snapped in my hand. Luckily I didn't cut myself! We carry our food into the house, one person takes one hand slot side and the other lifts the other hand slot side and goes up 3 steps. We have had this type of trolley for at least a couple of years and this has never happened, usually over the years the bottom or the handle breaks off. We have had this cart for about 2 weeks and have used it twice. See image. We used Gorilla glue and tape and hope they hold up until we buy a better branded car.
