So I got this to go under some Samantha Sung 50's style shirt dresses to make the skirts look fuller and it works perfectly. Gives a great amount of volume! Personally I love this as an underskirt but wouldn't wear it alone - light filters through making it somewhat see through (could be because I got White) and it definitely doesn't look like a skirt, it looks like it belongs under something.I would say they run a bit tight in the waist. Granted it's stretchy but at a certain size it probably isn't as comfortable. It will arrive almost vacuum packed (mine was inside out, I assume to protect the tulle) and super wrinkled, but it comes back to life pretty easily. Truly tutu-like with nice stiff tulle and a satiny lining. For $25 I'm very happy!
