Very strong cage. Adds weight to the small form factors of Alpha Series cameras, which can improve stability when shooting video. Tons of 1/4-20 taps for various accessories. I've heard that it can help with heat dissipation, but I haven't really found a case where it has had a great effect or positive effect on me. I had to tighten the mount that fits the camera from time to time as that is the only attachment point for the camera. Not such a big deal as it should be checked regularly anyway when the cage/rig is in use. All in all, SmallRig knows what it's doing, and if you're serious about building a rig for the A6XXX cameras, this is a great place to start.
