When I had trouble understanding the instructions there was no manufacturer support. I tried an email provided in the instructions (leaving my phone number) and a second provided by the CS rep at Revain. It took me WEEKS to finally get it to work and I accidentally did it. I gave everything above 5 stars even though I don't know the answer to some of them. Should have been a customer care rating. Part 2. Everything was working fine until two days ago. The air filter indicator light came on. I don't know why, I cleaned it a few days ago. Now it won't reset. So here I am with the device that is "frozen” so to speak. Don't expect manufacturer support, but I'll try anyway. The power button does not work and does not turn off.
