I bought this to fit my recently purchased 2003 Honda Odyssey. If you fold the (useless) middle shell, it fits between the driver and passenger seat. It's not very firm, it moves under hard braking or acceleration, I think I'll try to place a bar behind it to secure it so I don't have to bolt it to the carpet with the drywall screws that were provided. I would rate this 4 stars depending on the price, if it was more expensive it would only be 3 stars but this product is good value compared to some of the more expensive options. Well this one doesn't have vinyl or anything on it, it's all hard plastic but it looks nice. I will update if it doesn't stand up to wear. The cup holders hold my Contigo travel mug well, the compartments are a good size and I'm happy with the layout and what I can stuff in.
