I love Abranet! I make homemade buttons on a lathe and go through quite a bit of sandpaper. Abranet isn't cheap, but it pays off in the long run in its lifetime if you take care of it and save time. Abranet is a mesh, so dust does not accumulate on the substrate like sandpaper. You can wash and reuse it. Treat it right and it will last you for a long time. The only thing I would wish for from Mirka is that the grain is printed on the back more and more often. I use small strips and have to sand them to make sure I'm going in the right direction (120, 180 and 220 can be hard to tell at times). Marker marker wears off / rubs off - repaint it often because you don't have to throw it away just because you can't determine the granularity. A grade about 600 grit. It works well with water (apply 1-3 drops of dish soap after filling the spray bottle), even on acrylic. It cuts plastic instead of heating and melting it. After 600 Grit you can easily upgrade to Microgrid.
