Was very happy with the product with one small complaint and a couple of suggestions that would greatly improve the product. But first I want to say that the quality of the product is very good and the price is cheap in my opinion. The most difficult part of the installation was the lack of bolts to attach it to the wall. A trip to the hardware store for a 4-foot 1 x 3-inch piece of oak and a small can of wood stain solved the problem. The biggest problem was the notches blocking the settings. They should be a lot smaller. 1 step raises the TV from a slight backward tilt to a forward tilt of at least 15°. Smaller notches would allow for much better adjustment. Another idea you might consider is storing away the required Allen key that you provide for the adjustment (a clamp, a small tube, or even a hole drilled in one of the components) so people don't go after it a wrench if an adjustment is required over several weeks or months. I drilled a hole in the oak boards I bought at the hardware store. I also wouldn't recommend a TV larger than 32 inches as that would limit screen placement. On my 32 inch TV, one edge touches the wall in the viewing position. But still feel like it's great value for money! 👍
