This ladder has worked well so far. The materials feel solid and provide a fairly stable platform to stand on. I have used it for cornice assembly including drilling holes, driving screws into walls etc and it worked well without hesitation. On the back of the top step is a latch that securely locks the ladder in the open position when powered up. The latch is easily removed when you're ready to fold it down by simply pressing on the part of the tab that protrudes from the back of the top step. Like most similar sized ladders, this ladder easily folds down to a good size for easy storage. The steps have a rubber top to give your feet a good grip and prevent them from slipping off when you stand on the stairs. The steps are wide enough and the top step is also deep which gives a good platform to stand on and room to move your feet to turn around etc if that is required. Price.
