I like the ladder but it doesn't lock when opened for use and it's very dangerous. It closed for me a couple of times. I didn't realize until much later, after I bought it to fit in my remodeled kitchen, that the safety lock didn't work. Where a lock/bolt is supposed to be, the bar looks like it was inserted backwards so it won't snap.

Can really support a lot of weight due to its light weight. The top of the chair is covered with metal-coated foam rubber for a secure grip when standing. The two steps are large and you can easily put two feet on one step at the same time. The rubber on the steps also provides support. It folds easily and then fits almost anywhere horizontally or vertically. A very good quality. Four stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

I wasn't impressed at all. It's supposed to be rated at £330, but I'm not comfortable with it at £295. It wobbles when unfolded and the legs don't stick to the ground well. The shorter legs feel askew and the feet are warped and uneven plastic. If I had found something like this at a hardware store, I would never have bought it. I will return this if possible.

Although this ladder is suitable for people of all ages, it is particularly useful for the elderly or those with balance problems. I had to throw away my previous ladder because it was no longer safe for me. This ladder has two very wide rungs and the handle is very long so you can hold on to the top rung and when going down if needed. It's easy to install and remove. Very happy with this purchase.

This ladder has worked well so far. The materials feel solid and provide a fairly stable platform to stand on. I have used it for cornice assembly including drilling holes, driving screws into walls etc and it worked well without hesitation. On the back of the top step is a latch that securely locks the ladder in the open position when powered up. The latch is easily removed when you're ready to fold it down by simply pressing on the part of the tab that protrudes from the back of the top step.
