Okay, I've tried several different humidity sensors without much success. I use the sensor in a dry box with dehumidified air. The lower limit of other sensors I've had was around 15% humidity, although I knew the humidity was less than 1% (calibrated with bottled gas). I put this in a dry box and it quickly dropped to 1%. 1% is the lower limit for this sensor. I used the appropriate guides from adafruit to set up this module with the Arduino. It has been working 24/7 for a month without any problems. Temperature also seems to work well. I highly recommend this sensor. UPDATE: 01/18/2016. Well, after several months of operation in a low relative humidity environment, the sensor has changed from 1% RH to 5% RH, although the environment does not appear to have changed. I replaced the sensor with a new one and bam, the relative humidity was back at 1%.
