CRYSTALS COME OFF best in my review

I really liked this watch band, but the crystals on rage left, outside of the band are coming off—I’d guess over half are off now. I bought it Feb., 2021; it is now Sept. 8, 2021–didn’t make it to a year—despite the year’s guarantee. I couldn’t find any information regarding how to contact the vendor—I even called Best Buy!
