My personal requirement for a job that involves regular exposure to bodily fluids was a thick mask with a flexible nose regulator and filter pocket. I got what I wanted. They fit me well (100lbs, 5ft 3in) but they are a bit tight for my husband. I don't have a gap under my chin or next to the ear loops and the wiry nose is longer than I'm used to. They fit better on my cheeks. They feel a bit rough but I haven't washed them yet. I think they're getting softer. elastic is more comfortable.
