Two questions. First, one of the two bolt holes on the seventh cylinder is too small to let the manifold bolt through. picture included. Second, not enough clearance from the #1 cylinder exhaust pipe to allow the spark plug seat to interface with the #2 cylinder spark plug. The right head had to be loosened completely to get enough clearance to slide the spark plug seat towards the cylinder get #2 spark plug. Cylinder #1 needs to be lowered about 1/4 inch to access the #2 cylinder spark plug. You don't have to remove the head to remove and install the spark plugs.
