At first I was concerned that the mounting bracket would not be compatible with the grate I was using, but it turned out to fit great! I used the leftover bracket to widen the flat area on the screw. When tightening the yellow plastic screw on the back panel, I simply stuck a flat piece of metal between it and the wire mesh. I took pictures, but for some mysterious reason I can't share customer pictures on this product page. The airflow restrictor is on the right side and the intake is on the left. Each one is made of durable rubber material and can be removed to replace or expand your airflow system with other band valves. I like it!
