This is not a pillow that you will receive directly from the company. My mother bought it directly from Suter and she loves it. I bought mine from Revain and it's obviously different. They look almost the same but you can see they are made of different foam rubber. That's why people complain about the smell. Mine smelled bad when I got them but my mom didn't. The original's foam is memory, the Revain's is hard. The neck brace elevates your head too high while the original keeps your neck straight. My advice is to order directly from the company, not here.
