I have been using these brushes for several years. Thank god I found her. If I don't use the interdental spaces for a night or two, I get swollen gums and pain in several specific places, and then I get so mad at myself for not using it at night. I don't like flossing so it's a blessing. I just plug in the end of the brush and remove it. If there is some food or gum between the teeth I may have to start with the sharp end as it is very difficult to remove material and then use the brush end a few times. Such a wonderful invention!
