This top fits me, I'm 5ft 2in, 140lbs, 36 DD. I could go down a size if I swim a bit, but I may have lost a bit of air with age. It has medium padding sewn into the cups that helps hold its shape. Side coverage is excellent. When I tied the straps I feel like the thread is snapping inside.
