I had no problems. One word of advice, if you plan to use foil balloons like I did, don't waste your money filling them with helium. Just use the straw they give you to blast it. I had more than enough petals to work with, even lots of extra ones. There were no candles. I was skeptical because some people said they didn't receive certain emails, but I think it may have been a mistake for some people when they overlooked it. When I opened everything up I thought I had 3 'v's but I quickly found out they were 'O's' once you blow them up you can see them coming together at one end to form an 'O' The man got me so excited. My boyfriend and I had to work on Valentine's Day, that was also the day we decided to celebrate our anniversary, so I surprised him after a very hard day's work, he was so surprised and happy. Bear balloons were one of his favorite decorative pieces. Some also said they didn't do well with the helium, which balloons really never do. I was actually advised by Publix when they blew up mine, them that day to make, and preferably schedule them to blow up an hour or two in advance, because it only takes about 10 hours, so I'm pretty sure some people tried to inflate them beforehand, and some of the helium was by then evaporated, or they tried to inflate their balloons themselves and it just didn't work. . Save yourself the hassle and blow up the Publix or the Dollar Tree.
