Item arrived well packaged. The electrical connection of the fan to the car socket adapter was not mounted directly on the fan motor like a genuine OEM part. I had to break the electric latches on the old block. The lower radiator hose must be disconnected to remove the old part and install a new one. I put car tires on the front ramps to raise the front end. The unit installs with little maneuvering to avoid crushing the radiator fins. Install the latch on the electrical connectors and connect power to the fan. I connected the lower radiator hose and filled the coolant reservoir. The device works perfectly and has a low noise level
