When I was little, I loved baking cookies with my mom. I had hoped to do it again with my children. I was very disappointed with the cuisinat cookie press. The press is completely made of plastic and does not appear to be very durable. The dough would not come out of the press and the cookies would not rise. Then the press itself stopped working and jammed. I used the provided recipes and different tempi for the test, it just doesn't work. I am really disappointed with the brand and this poor quality product.
