The best thing about Appointlet is that it's very easy to use. It's also very powerful and has all of the features that I need to run my business. There isn't anything I dislike about it. They also have customer service you can count on, which is always helpful when you're having issues. Our biggest problem was setting this up because it doesn't come with a lot of instructions. The training they provide is actually really good. We've been able to get our team set up quickly. With Appointlet, we've been able to improve our workflow drastically. It's helped us reduce the number of errors we make and also help us keep track of our appointments much better.
