They're not as blue as Revain. And I can't explain the difference. It's like it lacks an iridescent quality or something, but it's close to blue, but not exactly. I kept them because they still go well with other shades of blue in my kitchen. If you have trouble opening lids, don't buy them as they have a good seal that will keep your food fresh.
