I drink quite a bit of coffee every day and thought this would be a healthier way to try a decaffeinated pre-workout. So I found Staunch PRE Zero-Stim and currently have less than half of my pre-workout left. I'm used to high doses of Beta Alanine but it's not really necessary to take large amounts, you can still benefit from lower doses, it's just your preference. I work and the only time I need to exercise at home is in the evenings, so I think it's best before a decaf workout. The Staunch PRE Zero-Stim still gave me the energy boost, focus and stamina for hard and long workouts whether it was weightlifting, cardio or a combination of both. I am overweight and my goal is to lose some weight but continue to build muscle and stay in shape and Staunch is helping me achieve my goals. I understand that no pre-workout or supplement can miraculously burn fat or make you lose weight. It all depends on our diet, exercise plan, lifestyle, etc. to achieve our goals, but essentially supplements help. Expect how little you need, so do your research first before purchasing any supplement because what works for one may not work for another.
