These lights are great. They arrived as promised and very quickly. Items were well packaged and installation went smoothly. I like the power of the LEDs and the brightness of the colors. Over 150 different movement options. They fit perfectly into OEM holes with no additional hardware required. I downloaded the app and it was difficult to get started. FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED and it will work properly. I sometimes have problems with disconnections. Don't worry, just close and reopen the software and you'll be fine. It will take a few seconds to connect, so be patient. There should also be a single item connected to your phone via Bluetooth. I'm hoping for an update to make the software more responsive and maybe edit templates. Overall I'm happy with it. Will update in a few weeks or months if there are any issues. I'm not sure if they are DOT compliant as I haven't seen them listed anywhere.
