Didn't even plan on changing them but the frame worked great. It's glued on. Do not remove sticker from shell. 2) I installed the wall anchors this way. With all four sides pulled out, hold the frame against the wall. Place a spirit level on the frame. Reach the desired position and make sure it is level. 3) Continue to press the frame against the wall and mark four holes. I used the top two on the corners and the bottom two on the side at each corner. If at any point your frame shifts, start over from step 2. After marking the holes, remove the frame from the wall. 3) Using a drill, drill four pilot holes at the marked locations. Pilot 3/16 worked fine. Insert the anchors 4) Lift the frame and drill the top two screws. Check the level. There is a little play, so raise our base up to level, then tighten the screws. Install the bottom screws. 5) Decide whether you want to use an anti-glare or glossy finish. See my photos but I recommend an anti-reflective coating. Place the textured side on the rug and remove the backing. Immediately turn the poster face down to prevent hair and dust from getting between the cover and the poster. Then place the unused cover on the back of the poster and create a sandwich. 6) Bring the poster sandwich to the top of the frame and snap it into place at the top. Hold it tight or it will slide down. Make sure the page is fully expanded and click the side, then the other side, and finally the bottom. They aren't cheap but the quality is really good and being able to change posters in about 5 minutes is great. I really like the National Lampoon poster, but I don't want it hanging all year. This might make me want to get one! The first 3 photos, ET has an anti-glare glossy finish Star Wars style. The last 3 photos, both with glare protection. Some curtains are open, others are closed.
