The documentation provided including links to online documentation wasn't great, some issues didn't seem applicable to my model so I called tech support their hours are 9-9 EST. I quickly found a knowledgeable gentleman who offered to connect Teamviewer to my system and help set it up. Since I use Teamviewer anyway, it was easy and it got me started and also answered all my questions. In fact it was so good that I called back a couple of times when I had questions about the error message and how long it took to set up RAID, that kind of support is lazy! If the support wasn't so good I would probably spend more time searching the forums etc for answers.
