Too small! NOT 4 gallon bags!
These bags are much smaller than stated. They are also not flat at the bottom, but tapering to a point. They measure 17 inches top to bottom when horizontal and 16 inches wide. They are NOT suitable for a 4 gallon can unless you want the bag to only hang halfway. They're about the size of a Walmart bag and half the strength. If you look at these things wrong, they break.
