Review on Fits 2006-2011 Honda Civic EX Si Key Fob Keyless Entry Remote (N5F-S0084A) by Mark Turner

I don't mind buying aftermarket parts and they don't have to be identical to the original parts which usually means they aren't exactly the same. But I assume they will work the same way! THESE KEYS ARE BOOM! Not only do they feel cheap, but the buttons on the remote are so cheap they either stick or you can't press them! They are crooked and don't sit properly in the key box. This is immediately apparent when you open the bag they come in. It's so bad in fact that one of the keys we received was dead with the button stuck in the depressed position. Also NO, you cannot take the remote off your honda key and put it in this key, it doesn't physically fit because the cavity is shaped differently. We checked this. Also, the local locksmith charged us $40 to cut 2 of these and Honda wants $150 for reprogramming as there is no custom key relearn procedure for these keys. Dealer-only programming, or you can buy a Honda Magic Key for maybe $50. Either way, you're going to spend a ton of money to get new keys for your Honda, don't waste it on that crap! 0/10 recommend. DO NOT BUY!
