The best sink we've ever had. We've had stainless steel sinks for years, but always 50/50. This sink impresses with its size and functionality. I bought this sink just a few days before installing it because the US standard sink we bought had a rim that was too high and we installed it on top. We have previously purchased a Ruvati bar sink and have been impressed with the quality. Was very skeptical about this purchase and the various features, but after 4 months of use we liked it. We love the extra space the square sink gives, the perfect low baffle, the 60/40 is the only way out, and the shelves are so good when you're cooking meat. A full-size baking sheet is placed on the larger side, leaving the smaller side free. Some people complain that stainless steel doesn't stain, but it's no different than other stainless steel sinks in that it's easier to maintain. We wouldn't go back to the traditional sink. Our kitchen is used all year round, from processing game and fish to preserving hundreds of liters of fresh fruit, vegetables, jams and jellies. Our usage is heavy compared to most households and yet it cleans to show kitchen standards. We recommend Ruvati sinks without hesitation.
