Very soft and comfortable.

I have a small wrist as you can tell by how the Versa 3 sits on my wrist. This is a soft elastic band, that fits well and very comfortable. Much thinner than expected, which is great such that it is cool, dries quickly. Stays in place, the adjustment stays put and true to size. Highly recommend.Edited: It does slide around a little more than the metal or silicone bands, but feels much better than the silicone.
