I was excited to get this device and hoped it would be one that would clean my house with no problems. The first thing that struck me was the lack of spare parts. Although the price is similar to other devices, spare brushes were not provided while other brands do. Also, it is equipped with only one side brush while others have two. I'm not sure how much this will affect the actual cleanup. Installation required downloading an app, which was easy enough. However, the full setup instructions for the app weren't that clear. It took a bit of trial and error before I was able to connect it. The first run went well with no obvious problems. But when I tried the second launch, the device no longer appeared as an added device. When I tried to add it again I couldn't find the Z500, only the L600 showed up as an option. I deleted the application and only after that it was suggested to log in again. Then came the Z500 which I added earlier. It would be nice if the app was more user friendly and more obvious where to log out and back in. Now the core problem. About 3-4 minutes after the second start, the vacuum suddenly stopped and the power and dock LEDs flashed red. I checked it and the battery is fully charged. After I press the power button once, the cleaning continues and completes successfully. This problem also occurred on the third run and hasn't recurred since. I sent an email to Mova support. and received no reply, although they searched for an idea of what might be wrong. They don't answer at all. I also tried the wipe function. Honestly I can't judge if it works as intended. First I see a wet trail following the vacuum block. However, when I checked after about 10 minutes, there was no longer a wet track. This means the water may not drain properly. The initial dampness may be because I wet the wipe as directed. I want to like this device but if I don't get support I'll have to go back and find another one. It's really disappointing when I come across a new brand that doesn't seem to care. **Updated July 23rd. After not receiving an email response from the support team, I contacted Revain support and was told to use the seller contact through the Revain platform. It's a shame I didn't know that sooner and was less disappointed. The problem with mopping is that during installation the air intake had to be squeezed to open it. It wasn't included in the instructions. As soon as I click as in the picture, the cleaning works perfectly. However, this now causes some leakage during the installation of the mop. Whenever you hold it upside down, water will start to flow out. This is a design issue, but the impact is negligible. Be quick so you don't spill too much. As for the lightbulb blinking, resetting helped. I upgraded my rating from 2 to 4 stars because the support was better and the device works now. I will keep an eye on him and hope he continues to work as well as he is now.
