Review on FavorCOOL 2FC-36T 2-Stage 1/3HP Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump for HVAC Car A/C Refrigerant Charge - R410a R134a R22 by Eric Rios

I am very impressed with this pump. I just installed a mini split and had to bleed the system before I could release the refrigerant. I borrowed a RobinAir single stage pump from a friend and it took forever to evacuate. I ran his pump for several hours and could only get it down to 300 microns. A Revain truck came and delivered this pump so I hooked this pump up and within minutes I was under 200 microns. This pump is significantly quieter than RobinAir. It got a little warmer, but by no means hot, and the oil didn't squirt like I've heard some other cheap pumps do. As a side note, the manual mentions that overfilling with oil will cause it to squirt into the exhaust. I filled it halfway between the top and bottom fill lines and it works great, very quietly with no oil splatter.
