The Best Way to Top Up Coolant

This is the ultimate coolant top-up system. When set up correctly, this system will top up your coolant with no air pockets, no refilling and no mess. I should have used this years ago. This product relieves the headache of topping up the cooling system. You don't have to wait for the engine to warm up and the thermostat to open just to get more air pockets. This system removes all air and directs the coolant back into all cavities, even outside of the thermostat. Buy it!

Good quality works as advertised

I bought an engine and fuel coolant changer for a 2009 Ford F350 6.4L. The device fits easily on both tank caps. It feels heavy and I haven't noticed any leaks or issues during use. The gauge has a sticker that says Fragile, so I saved the foam sheet that came with the gauge to keep it safe in the carrying case. All I had to buy was a 1/4" nipple to connect my air compressor. I have a small air compressor that does 2.6cfm at 90psi and a 2 gallon tank that sucked the truck off with no problem. .

WORKS EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED.

I had an overheating problem with the 2005 Lincoln Aviator. I thought it was air bubbles in the system. Only to find out he needs a standard thermostat. This vehicle has a rear heater located in the rear of the vehicle trunk. making it a bit difficult to pump the system. Anyway, after reading all the reviews about this tool, I decided to give it a try. Now with this tool I was able to remove all air bubbles from the system and create very hot air in the car which was almost impossible without…

I couldn't be happier.

This item works GREAT. One of my cars has a really cumbersome cooling system with lots of small parts, so after replacing almost everything from the radiator to the thermostat, I wanted to make sure none of the millions of o-rings were leaking, and when I refilled, none came out air in the trap. Inside. My supercharger sucked the system up to 25 inches almost immediately and held it perfectly. In minutes, I changed the fittings, installed the filter in the coolant bucket, and filled the entire…

A very handy tool! in Air Conditioning Tools and Equipment

I hadn't even heard of one like this a few weeks ago. I had to flush my RV's cooling system, it holds almost 11 gallons of coolant. I had no idea how to get all the bubbles out of such a huge system, but after reading about this thing I decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. With my compressor I was able to create a vacuum in the system, but I could only increase the vacuum to 22-25 on the gauge. I ended up letting coolant into the system three times, each time pulling a new vacuum…

  • Delivery was very quick

Fits Toyota Prius

Used to fill the cooling system on a 2015 Prius V engine after replacing the head gasket. Works as described, no problems. As previously mentioned, you will need to purchase a threaded fitting to connect the air hose. For me I bought a 1/4 inch connector for about $3. I was able to get to 25 with just a small 2 gallon 125 psi hot dog compressor. First hauler went to 20, then I had the tank refilled and went back to 25. Couldn't get to 30 but still filled the entire system to 25. Note that out…

Fill and bleed your cooling system in 2 minutes!

So yes, this is an absolute time saver when working on the cooling system. You can fill and bleed the cooling system in less than 2 minutes. I like that about it. What I hate about it is that after evacuating the system you have to switch hoses and then fill the system with coolant. Maybe that sounds good to you. BUT before I bought this I was borrowing Vac Fill tools like this from co-workers. And all had installations with a hose. All you had to do was turn the valve. So I don't like it…

Enormous time savings. for leak detectors

I do a lot of engine work (change manifolds, water pumps, timing belts, etc.) and it saves a lot of time! It also has the added benefit of being able to see if you have any leaks before refilling it with coolant (as long as it holds a vacuum you're fine!). No more adding, burping and spilling. A hose uses a venturi effect with your air compressor to pull the system under vacuum, then you close the valve, disconnect the hose and install the inflation hose. Submerge the charge hose in a jug of…

The time saved is worth more than the cost

This tool is a must. I bought this specifically for my ls engine after researching coolant changes and realizing that air locks can be a common occurrence. Not wanting to risk overheating, I decided to give it a try. Very easy to connect, pulls all the air out of the system in less than a minute using a small homemade air compressor. Worst case you can always close the valve and run the compressor before creating more vacuum if your compressor is really small. then a pipe and it fills the…
