Review on Pirelli Ice Zero 195/60 R15 88T winter by Mateusz Sowa ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I like the product very much, fully consistent with my expectations.

Pirelli Ice Zero spikes : VW Passat 2022, 2022-2022 season, 15000 mileage in winter, 205/55/16 for 4900 in K-Darom, driven mainly by wife and sometimes by myself, previous 4 years Michilen XIce North: production like ours, everything the spikes are in place, according to reviews it is very noisy - it didn’t seem so to me, everyone is making noise - maybe the sound insulation is good; specifically looking for with an aggressive tread for driving in the countryside - it rows well; it holds well on the pavement and does not “walk”, tenacious tires on rolled snow - on the previous one I did not dare to enter a turn at speed, but on this one it’s calm; there were no punctures; ice is ice - I won't say anything; slows down too well on any, except ice, surface. Summary: excellent tires, the characteristics exceeded all my expectations, I was very satisfied, I recommend! History: definitely better than the previous Michelin in all respects. I read all the reviews and ratings. I chose between: 3800-4300 (Nordmans), 4500-5500 (Gisloved 100, Bridgestone 7000), 6500-8500 (Michelin, Nokian). I don’t take the budget (I saved 2022 once on the previous car, after two seasons I threw out the ecohama). 8000 - to mine too much . I took the middle price segment. The new Goodyear was not considered due to the poor quality of the previous Ultragrips. At Gisloved, the tread was not aggressive, so the choice fell on Pirelli. And also 1) free tire fitting, 2) Rosneft card for 1500, 3) Pirelli guarantee for free puncture repair and free tire replacement for non-repairable cuts !

Pros
  • For all characteristics, one pluses
Cons
  • I think no
