The box I received was clearly opened. The tape seal was torn, the box was partially ripped, and the plastic had been opened and resealed. Since these are supposed to remain sterile parts and not be returned, I was surprised to see such an obviously used product be mailed out by Revain. As a nursing mom, I know another mom probably tried on the flange, realized it was too big and returned the item. Since I was planning on sterilizing the parts anyway, and frankly, my nipples were sore from too small a flange, I decided to keep the pump parts. Word of caution, you also might receive an opened box. However the pump parts fit well with the spectra. And as long as you sterilize everything (except tubing) then you should be ok.
