We used up a LARGE loaf (20 ounces) of bread in just a few days. That's why I bought this compact bread bin. This is the best bread bin I have ever owned for the following reasons: 1) Compact design. I needed a bread bin that would save space on my countertop. This is the PERFECT SIZE. 2) I need a bread bin that can hold a VERY LARGE loaf of bread. This one will hold a 20 ounce long sandwich loaf. A large loaf fits easily in this box!3) If you turn the lid upside down, it's a cutting board, very handy when I make myself a sandwich and cut it in half!4) It looks nice and expensive. Cons: Only one. It ONLY fits ONE loaf of bread because it's narrow and space-saving. If you can handle this by just holding a loaf of bread it will work great. If you need a bread bin that can hold 2 BUBS, look for a wider bread bin.
