Let me first say that I did not receive the product that I purchased. Instead of getting an upgrade with an oversized foam pillow, I got a regular small pillow. On a product you are spending close to $400 on you would think they would CHECK to make sure the correct item was shipped. Now to the product. Overall the chair is well made. It has a clean, sleek look and very beefy padding. It definitely reminds me of Maxonomic foam. I believe it is only sealed for long periods of sitting. The problem is that I didn't buy the right pillow. If you have upper back issues, a pillow is a MUST. As this shipped from Canada and Revain cannot replace parts (this is 2018 and companies still cannot do this) a return or partial refund is required. Have you ever had to dismantle a chair and fish a box out of a trash can? Me too because I don't have time. So it goes to a family member instead. Thanks for ruining Anda Seat. I will definitely go to Maxnomic or DxRacer next time. UPDATE: Anda Seat heard my complaint and was able to send me a pillow that wasn't originally in the chair. A pillow is of paramount importance when you suffer from back pain. Thanks to Anda Seat for the correct solution. Shame on Revane for not even trying to contact Anda Sith.
