No regrets, perfect fit. I took a chance on this cheaper deal because I didn't want to spend $160 on stamped sheet metal. I used my own hardware (rivets and screws) to install it, so I can't rate it based on the rivets that came with it (riveting tool not included). The spacers help separate the plate from the coils, which may be why other plates have rattle issues, but I also see that a poorly placed rivet can cause rattles. Overall very happy with the purchase, especially in Southern California where a cat replacement is $3,000...
